How do I book and unlock a VernouVélo?
Download the VernouVélo app and create your account.
Go to a station and select your bike. Squeeze the left brake to activate it. The app will unlock the bike.
How much does it cost?
The first 12 hours are free! After that, it costs €8 per additional hour.
Why is there a €150 deposit?
This is just a credit card hold to protect against theft. If you return the bike within 12 hours, the hold is released without any charge.
Can I pause my ride?
Yes! Use the app to activate "Pause" mode and lock the built-in wheel lock. The rental timer keeps running during your pause.
How do I return the bike?
Return the bike to an official station. Manually close the wheel lock. You will hear a beep confirming the end of your trip.
What if the battery dies?
The electric assistance stops, but the bike still rides like a normal bicycle.
